Demonstrated operational knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Maintained accurate inventory of institution property, equipment and operational supplies. Participated in varied SharePoint support activities. Supported departmental communication and training program development and implementation. Responsible for the portfolio of 25 customers, managing all parts of the vehicle fleet and new business.

• Key responsibilities - Preparation of daily reports; Presentation of indicators; Weekly meetings to adjust the strategic parameters of
  each client; Management of control spreadsheets; Participation in improvement and development projects; Prospecting for new customers and Training of new employees.
