•During this period I was responsible for answering calls for the Online Counseling Team( UNHCR Helpline India) and for BPP team ( BOSCO Psychosocial Project) my duty was to interpret and translate the Somali language in English and Hindi and assist the program officers .
•Assisted the program officers and psycho socialist with the institutional visits, home visits and
hospital visits.
•Organized various sessions, trainings and programs for BOSCO- UNHCR Initiatives
•I also participated in the relief Kit distribution, OTA distribution, S.A cheque distribution and Ration Distribution held at South Delhi for the asylum seekers and refugees.
•Coordinated with other teams in completing various documentation and follow up regarding the refugees and asylum seekers.
