I have worked In our family business as a builder, loved every moment, Working in a family owned business made me work with an attitude of excellence and a level that gave me and my family chances at winning achievements and awards that didn't come easy. We all worked and gave finishings that had put us all into new heights for building. Working in high levels of excellent with members of my family and work colleagues alike helped me through stressful times and bring solutions quickly when they arose. i also did an apprenticeship that i didn't get to finish due to moving to Taranaki.

We have a long family History of shearing in our Line. So every year since ive known we have been volunteering in the Goldenshears. This is our family tradition.

I got a job working with my cousin and his own business. i ended up building the business with him and we both enjoyed working together. he ended up selling it and gave me some of the profits for helping build it. this then helped to carry on to the next stage of my life.

one of my first jobs when i had moved to Australia, Perth. i loaded and unloaded trucks, delivered and packed for Coke Cola all over Perth. i worked here for 2yrs and learnt

i learnt how to work with others and as a team and in a team environment, i also work on machinery that i had to get some computer skills to allow me to work on this by myself. i achieved this and it led to me working by myself on night shifts and also working with other team members, i also had the privilege of taking on team leader rolls and was a success. i had so much fun and learnt a lot through this job.

i learnt a lot in this job. got some skills, meet some people. I had a near death experience and i was nearly crushed by some logs and that was my last day.

i started this job because i really wanted to get somewhere. i had a plan and get some experience and achieved it with flying colours. i learnt so much from this, it set me up for future aspects and experiences.
