Hello all, my name is Haiden and I'm a qualified fitter who is currently working in the Standard Build department. I got my start at ANCA back in 2018 as a part timer, before completing my apprenticeship with the company and gaining a good deal of experience in mechanical assembly.
I would say that I'm known for my attention to quality, teamwork and executing tasks with a high level of repeatability. A solid member of the team who is focused on achieving results, adapting to changing circumstances and environments throughout my six years with the company. I'm confident that these traits and experiences will hold me in good stead with this opportunity should I be chosen, I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.
As a Standard Build operator I have experience in the MX, TX and CPX builds, with MX being the build I'm most familiar with. Some of my other responsibilities outside of machine building include being the safety improvements officer and mental health first aider.
The mechanical engineering apprenticeship saw me complete a certificate III in mechanical engineering at Swinburne, while rotating around the departments on the jobsite. During this period I spent time in the Linear Motor Room, the Spindle Room, Accessories, Standard Build, the Test Department, Configuration, Commissioning, Service, Stores and QC.
This was a simple administration role which saw me oversee the documentation for the shop floor through the VCRM system, assisting with 5S, while also performing requisitions and creating the decal/ labels for our machines.
