In this job, I take on clients horses to train them to the owners requirements, as well as giving clients riding lessons and instruction on how to best work with their horse. This job requires good communications skills and the confidence to talk to people, as well as organisational skills to have control over the care of the horse, the amount of time they spend with me, and the costs involved.

• Maintained a tidy and organized store environment
• Greeted customers, helped locate products, and suggested suitable options.
• Stocked products, clearly labelling items, and arranging according to size or colour.
• Worked with others to complete rug repairs

This role required me me to show good customer service and communications, as well as working effectively in a team. To work in this role I also needed to be organised, punctual, hard-working, and willing to learn new skills.

This job required me to show confidence and professionalism while serving customers as well as being clear in my communication to the rest of the staff. I needed to maintain a clean, welcoming work environment, making it comfortable for customers and staff.
