• Cultural Support Services: Provide cultural support through ACC’s Integrated Cultural Response Assistance (ICRA) program as part of the Tūhono Collective Team, with TIPU Consultants Limited (TIPU) being one of its key providers.
• Organisational Development: Specialise in reviewing and enhancing constitutions, policies, and frameworks to integrate tikanga-based and te ao Māori approaches, ensuring culturally aligned and effective organisational practices.

• Initially appointed to manage Te Papa Ahurewa, overseeing consenting, planning, policy, and legislative influence teams focused on achieving environmental outcomes for Te Arawa People, Te Arawa Lakes Trust, and the 14 lakes under its ownership.
• Promoted to Interim Environment Manager in May 2023, following the departure of the former manager, and formally appointed to the role in May 2024.
• Responsibilities include overseeing operations, financial management, daily service delivery, and staff supervision across multiple teams: Te Papa Ahurewa (consents, planning, policy), Biosecurity, Wetlands, Health and Safety, Water Quality, and Lakes Programme Coordination.
• Accountable to Te Arawa whānau, hapū, and iwi, ensuring delivery of desired environmental outcomes for the lakes.

Managed services for Māori communities across Aotearoa, supporting 24 centres operating from approximately 140 sites nationwide.

• Strengthened relationships between Community Law and whānau, hapū, and iwi to enhance legal services for Māori.
• Oversaw a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Developing funding proposals, strategies, and operational plans
• Managing service delivery and maintaining standards.
• Creating frameworks and capacity-building programs.
• Providing mentorship, supervision, and support to staff.
• Organising conferences and handling administrative tasks.
