  • Strategic Partnering and overview to ensure ongoing supply for upcoming key launch and market events including NPIs activities and setup of new product and business systems.
  • Lead the Supply Review meeting in the S&OP cycle, overseeing the co-ordination of supply of products, devices and parts and managing key supply issues.
  • Work with business unit managers and brand teams across the AbbVie ANZ network to provide visibility of deployment of & stock supply position and any stock risks (shortages/stock overs, low moving and obsolete risk).
  • Inventory Management: Analysis and reporting of inventory levels, coordination of customer product allocations, communication & management of the potential backorder situations, management of replenishment plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the S&OP process including NPI plan contribution to improvement programs across international logistics, cold chain transport and inventory management which provides sustainable margin improvement (SMI).
  • Maximise distributor reliability index (DRI) score via available to promise stock.
  • Effectively coordinate demand planning and forecasting activities with the Operations & Supply Planning teams.
  • Support a Best-in-Class monthly demand meeting process with the local affiliate team, review and consolidate input from Brand, assess and challenge financials from an independent view to ensure financial are well supported through well-defined assumptions including in-market to-market, and inventory levels. Ensure accurate and timely submissions.
