Summary

As a Pre-service teacher I believe that it is important to make a good connection with each student within the classroom. It is important to know what motivates different students and how as a teacher it is important to adjust the lessons and teaching style to suit the classroom and the students. It is important to make learning fun, enjoyable and engaging for the students so they are able to thrive and develop as a person and a student. The environment that is created in the classroom plays a vital rule in getting trust and respect with the students, as well as enhancing the student's learning.
