Working at The Colley Hotel for three years has afforded me the opportunity to engage with many different members of the public, from a variety of communities. This has allowed me to witness policing closely in a number of different situations. With a strong family history in the military and emergency services I have always been interested in policing and my observations have strengthened my resolve to become a police officer and serve my community.
