I am 31 years old, married and lives in Epping with my wife. I am a Carpenter by trade and hold a current Builder license, has over 7 years of experience working in custom and luxury homes and hotel renovations and shopfitting.

I am a hard-working construction manager who is passionate about building. For the last few years, I have been working at a custom and luxury home building company, overseeing 10 new home builds. Joined Golden rock construction in November, I am running 10 jobs from Caringbah South, Eastwood, Carlingford, St Ives, Marsfield, North Ryde and Killara. Has 6 homes around $1M and 4 homes between $2-$2.4M.

Prior to joining my current employer, I was running my own construction business for 2 years, specialising in high quality renovations include big renovation in mosman, northern beach house, Lucy point kitchen, Pera fashion and hotel palisade renovations. Before this I was working for a high-end home shopfitting company as project coordinator and partner for 2 years, Megaboom Hotel renovations and QVB chambers hotel renovations. The project value all above $5M.

My time in this industry has taught me a lot about management. I am proud that I have continuously managed to meet, or come under, time and budget targets set by the boss or customer. However, my current job has also taught me that I am more suited to the high-end commercial building sector, in which I have worked in for 5 years prior to starting at my current employer. I want to work for a business that encourages my perfectionism and eye for details.

My combined experience working in both high-end and high-quality construction, as well as running my own business has resulted in a vast knowledge of all facets of construction, the ability from strong relationships with clients, the capability to resolve disputes, and the confidence to level-headedly solve any problems that arise on a job site.

• After work, I enjoy being outdoors. Bushwalking, basketball etc. are my weekend activities when the weather is fine. Otherwise, I enjoy my time at home with my wife and dogs.
