- Provide product recommendations and answer customer questions.
- Handle complaints or concerns in a professional and polite manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, service counter, and dining area.
- Wash utensils, equipment, and surfaces regularly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Restock supplies (cups, straws, ingredients) as needed.
- Inform supervisor or manager of low inventory.
- Assist with unpacking and storing deliveries.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Support new crew member training if experienced.
