Project: Implement the Backbase digital banking platform for a commercial bank in Vietnam

• Implemented the Backbase platform for corporate banking and retail banking, improved customer experience and streamlining internal processes

• Work with a multi-national developer team (UAE, Turkey, Bahrain and Vietnam)
• Write the user stories of features such as deposit solution, Apple pay, MFA, remittance, physical card/ stolen/ damage card report, PIS integration
• Customer segmentation research and validation with business owners and stakeholders
• Business requirements in-depth analysis, UI/UX research and validation with product team
• Align with stakeholders for system integration, fetching APIs and web service development
• Manage sprint grooming, refinement and planning

Project: Salesforce CRM system for multi-national consumer goods company

• Collect information about business requirements, business goals, scope of works frominternal and external users, and managers
• Communicate with the testing team, BA team and stakeholders to ensure that detailed functional requirements are understood correctly by technical team
• Write user stories, business processing modeling wireframes, entities' roles, and business rules,Write SIT test cases and do UAT testing in software development

Project: Billing and CRM system for cloud computing products

• Define cloud computing products strategy and roadmap, planning, report the revenue/ sales of the products, do the periodical reports and recommend the necessary improvement
• Identify customer demand and key stakeholder needs, do the market research, and competitor analysis to gather and prioritize product features
• Analyze sales workflow and business requirements to sell products on the company's website, conduct UAT testing
• Work closely with software developers, business users, sales, and marketing team to improve the products, and to ensure the business and customer satisfaction goals are met
