- Assisting with Implementation of Educational Programs: Collaborated with lead teachers to execute lesson plans that catered to the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of children aged 3-5 years.
- Classroom Management: Helped maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, and also assisted in managing classroom behavior by implementing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage respectful and cooperative interactions among children.
- Observing and Documenting Child Development: Observed children's play and learning, recording their progress and identifying areas where they excelled or needed additional support, under guidance of experienced educators.
