Venue Manager
- Responsible for the quality of the daily operational execution and highest levels of venue standards.
- Demonstrate ownership of the centre to ensure the centreis ‘show ready’ at all times• Ensure continual upkeep and standards of business centreto include offices, meeting rooms and communal areas
- Preparing offices for move-in/ move-outs as well as carrying out final inspections.
- Ensuring that new customers settle in happily.
- Build on the story of No18 community to achieve tenant/member retention by collecting success stories, organizing events and meetings, by approaching all users, networking and linking people, showing interest and by knowing our users’ business.
- Optimize the service level at our venue for meeting rooms and reception services and maintain the No18 look & feel.
- Monitor the meeting room agenda and act as a host for our lounges and events.
- Update and implement operational work processes and procedures.
- Authorizing invoices for purchases made • Managing suppliers.
- Work closely with venue associate and needed suppliers.
- Responsible for office delivery supported by venue associate and needed suppliers.
- Provide back up at the reception on a daily basis during breaks, sickness etc.
- Dealing with customer requests/issues
- Organize events • Give tours and provide information.
- Reactive event sales (discrete)
- Accurately and efficiently deal with all sales inquiries in a timely manner and record in the relevant CRM system.
