  • The primary objective of this role is to ensure best practice in food safety, compliance, quality, systems and procedures in delivering product sourced by FMG to its customers
  • In doing so, I support FMG Beef raw material packers in Australia & New Zealand to assure that McDonald’s and the importing country’s specifications, standards and quality requirements are met
  • Key to achieving the above is the ongoing development, implementation, and management of quality systems and processes that drive continuous improvement in product quality management within the FMG business, whilst aligning the needs of the entire supply chain
  • Equally key to achieving this objective is effective relationship management with all stakeholders – FMG staff, McDonald’s personnel, shareholder personnel at all levels, non-shareholder end users, suppliers, vendors, industry bodies and other associated parties.

Supply & Order Fulfilment Manager
