During my spare time I look at how to improve skills needed in my workplace and I'm always looking at feedback for improvement. Sometimes this requires doing courses out of my work environment which I. When I'm happy to do so. Im looking for a work life balance as its been difficult to find in the past. Im planning on Studying a Certificate 4 in Payroll and Accounting and taking any opportunity that will allow me to grow towards or in that field.
