Hannah Spillane

Worked at McDonald's for the past seven years continuously advancing to higher more difficult roles throughout to satisfy the need to learn and accomplish new skills. Being in a management position at McDonald's has taught me to work well as part of a team, the importance of communication and how to ensure all goals are achieved. I am very eager to start a career in the mining industry and am willing to go above and beyond to get a foot in the door. I pride myself on being a hard worker that puts in the effort to complete any task given to me to the best of my ability as well as take responsibility for my own actions when needed. I enjoy being challenged within a job role and find satisfaction in achieving goals that were difficult to accomplish.
