Proven to excel in high-pressure environments, I leveraged strong multitasking abilities and exceptional customer service skills at Naked Alley, ensuring seamless dining experiences. I worked well in a teamwork environment in order to produce meals and beverages in a timely manner. My completion of the barista's course at Tafe in 2022 has provided me with basic barista skills in making and serving a variety of different coffee orders. I used these skills to make coffee shots for the main barista at my previous employment at Naked Alley.

I recently graduated from year 12, and start University at Newcastle in late February in which I will attend Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (I am happy to work around the hours I am there ie. early morning to 10am or 12pm to close etc.). I am eager to apply the skills and strengths I developed during my schooling and my time as a waitress to a new role within your esteemed company. Although I have a gap in my work history due to focusing on my education, I am now excited to bring my enthusiasm and strong work ethic to this position.

During my time as a waitress, I honed my customer service skills. Interacting with a diverse range of customers on a daily basis taught me the importance of effective communication, patience, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.

I learned to anticipate customer needs, providing timely solutions and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

This background has equipped me with the ability to manage customer inquiries and assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

in addition to my customer service expertise, I bring strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities. As a waitress, I can coordinating with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure efficient service. I am confident that my ability to step up and lead when necessary will contribute positively to your team.

I am also adept at tackling problems as they arise, a skill I developed from addressing unexpected challenges in a fast-paced dining environment. Whether it involved resolving a customer complaint or adapting to last-minute menu changes, I learned to think on my feet and devise quick, effective solutions. in a retail setting, these problem-solving skills will enable me to manage customer concerns and ensure smooth store operations.

You may notice a gap in my employment while reviewing my resume. During this period, I elected to take a leave from the workforce in order to focus on my studies at school. The time that I was able to commit to my education has been invaluable to my professional growth, and I am eager to re-enter the professional sphere and apply my newfound qualifications and knowledge to the job.
