I'm Hannah, and I've spent 7 years in the Early Childhood Sector, where I've developed a wide range of skills that have shaped my approach to both education and leadership. Over the years, I've learned to think on my feet, solve problems quickly, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. These skills have been essential in creating a positive and supportive environment for both the children and my colleagues. The ability to adapt and respond to challenges effectively has been key to my success in this field.

For the past two years, I've had the privilege of working in a director role, where I've discovered a newfound passion for administration and management. In this role, I've taken on a variety of responsibilities, from overseeing daily operations and managing staff to budgeting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. I'm also deeply involved in strategic planning, staff scheduling, filing and record keeping, processing payments and finance, phone calls, emails, meetings, inventory and supply, and liaising with parents and other stakeholders.

Alongside these leadership duties, I've taken on a wide range of administrative tasks. These include managing and organizing emails, answering phone calls, filing and maintaining both physical and digital records, and handling correspondence. I also manage appointment scheduling, keep track of inventory and supplies, and process invoices. My role also involves creating and updating reports, processing enrollment forms, and managing staff training and professional development records. These administrative duties are crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly, and they've allowed me to maintain a well-organized, efficient environment.

By balancing both leadership and administrative tasks, I've been able to streamline processes, improve communication, and foster a positive, collaborative team atmosphere. My experience in early childhood education, coupled with my growing expertise in management and administration, has equipped me with a unique skill set that supports both the children's development and the success of the organization.

Accomplishments

    Throughout my career and personal journey, I've had the privilege of achieving some notable accomplishments. One of my proudest achievements is my dedication to dance, where I trained as an advanced dancer for 15 years, committing to four days of training each week. This discipline not only shaped my work ethic and perseverance but also fostered my ability to balance multiple priorities effectively. Additionally, during my HSC in 2015, I achieved a score of 90 in Advanced English for my ATAR, a testament to my academic dedication and passion for the subject. These accomplishments reflect my commitment to excellence, discipline, and the pursuit of personal growth, qualities I carry into my professional and personal life.
