Hanni Alpen

I am a 15 year old year 10 student in Stella Maris college. I have just completed my Bronze and Silver award for Duke of Edinburgh which taught me teamwork, independence, cooperation, and responsibility. During my Duke of Ed award completion, I volunteered at My Kids Art studio and I assisted the teachers and students in art making and general house-keeping of the studio. I actively strive to achieve good marks in my school work while maintaining a well-rounded social life.

I live in Narrabeen on the Northern Beaches which makes public transport easily accessible for school and other places.

I have worked at Macdonald's Warriewood since February 2024, which was my introduction to the workforce and has enabled me to learn various skills in customer service and hospitality.

One of my interests is Art. In my free time I draw, take photos, paint, or engage in anything that strikes inspiration. I love walking my dog near the lake as I can get fresh air and can see the local people and scenery. Although I am ambitious in school, I also maintain a very social life inside and outside of school but still ensure I have time to help my family around the house or to do chores. I generally like helping people out as seen in my volunteer work.
