Has been scrubbing and scouting for different specialties, such as:

General Surgeries.

Colorectal, upper GI, bariatrics, and emergency cases such as laparoscopic appendicectomy, cholecystectomy, and laparotomy.

Plastic surgery.

Wide local excision of melanoma, breast reconstruction, and liposuction.

Urology

JJ stent.

Gynae

Hysterectomy (combine case with general surgery).

Robotic Surgery (Da Vinci)

General surgery: hernia repair.

Urology: prostatectomy

• Ability to work in different specialties.
• Able to team lead for elective and acute cases under general surgery.
• Able to team lead, scrub, and circulate for complex cases such as hepatectomy, Whipple's surgery, Ivor Lewis procedure, mastectomy and reconstruction (flap), gastric bypass, cytoreductive surgery, and HIPEC.
• Good exposure to other specialties, such as Delivery Suite, Plastics, Urology, Pediatrics, Neuro, and Trauma during after-hours shifts.
• Mentor new nurses entering the profession, guiding them through their initial experiences within the operating room setting.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations in the operating room, utilizing problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Provide high-quality care for diverse patient populations, addressing individual needs and concerns.

• Enhanced client comfort by providing compassionate and attentive care in a private home setting.
• Demonstrated cultural competency by respecting diverse backgrounds, perspectives, values, and beliefs of clients served in their private home/environment.
