  • Coordinated with customers and resolved all technical issues and prepared documents. Using Teamviewer or Skype to contact on-site engineers to solve technical problem via voice call or video call. (e.g. using video call to help on-site engineer to install a calendar machine which used to press the electrode slice.)
  • Provided appropriate tools to streamline all campaigns for active deployment. (e.g. using CAD to design a jaw for holding the electrode plate on lamination according to different sizes of electrode plates which customer wanted to produced in later mass production phase).

Organized internal group meetings within the department to discuss solutions such as the design for floorplan of the battery factory, the capacity of the battery factory, the cost accounting of battery factory and the local law of fire protection for battery factory (because most of customers are located in overseas).
