I studied Human Resource Management at the United International College, a collaborative initiative between Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University, where I delved deep into the core theories and practices of the field, achieving a notable GPA of 3.2/4.0. My coursework included Microeconomics, Performance Management, Social Psychology, and Organizational Behavior, which broadened my understanding and enhanced my overall qualifications. Now I am studying Master of Management(Human Resource) at University of Melbourne.
I bring a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in HR, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. During my time at university, I was actively involved in a variety of academic and social activities, such as organizing seminars on traveling to Japan and participating in music concerts and dance performances, which helped hone my teamwork and communication skills. I’m deeply passionate about HR and am eager to bring my enthusiasm and expertise to a dynamic team, aspiring to be an exceptional HR professional. And I have had 2 internships so far in China.
