Production Technician

- Major focus on working on the end-to-end manufacturing processes of PNS products starting from the preparation of equipment to the filling of the product.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the production line with the use of software like MES and PCS, addressing any issues or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Participate in regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate and impact production.
- Utilize dedicated software systems to monitor and record output readings from the production line, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Support process optimization efforts by providing insights and suggestions for improving the performance and efficiency of the centrifuge machines and the overall production line.
- Collaborate with the PNS production team at Seqirus to operate and maintain cleanroom environment, ensuring efficient uninterrupted production processes by documenting every result and incident which happened during the production.
