• Blind spot prediction- Developed a machine learning model to predict potential blind spots in data, processes, or systems. The project aims to identify areas where critical information or risks might be overlooked, thereby improving decision-making and risk management.
• comment/ review analysis- The project's primary goal is to analyse customer comments or reviews to extract valuable insights, such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and feedback categorisation. This helps businesses understand customer opinions, identify areas for improvement, and enhance customer experience.
