Roles and Responsibilities:

• Fulfilling overall responsibility for establishing, leading, and managing all aspects of the company's required network operations and future projects.

• Senior Project Engineer is responsible for implementing the network deployment strategy and building the network in line with the overall company plan.

• Roles need to ensure the meets or exceeds standards in terms of HSE, time, cost, quality, and continuous improvement.

• By attending site visits needs to report all gathered information about project requirements, defining goals, Documentation, and assessing conditions which includes Equipment management and Interconnect management.

• Working on a Telecommunication project needs to review and work strategically on a plan.

• Implementing diverse engineering technologies on ongoing projects using strong telecommunication knowledge and solving complex and specialized project-related problems.

• Perform work on NBNco's MTM (Multi-technology mix) which includes FTTP (Fiber to the premises), FTTN (Fiber to the node}, FTTB {Fiber to the basement), (Fiber to the curb), HFC (Hybrid fiber co-axial) and Business segments.

• As a Senior Project Engineer needs to take charge of managing and guiding other technicians to comply with all lawful and reasonable directions imposed by the company, working in Business segments which include Monash Hospital, Moorabbin Hospital, Shepperton Hospital, and General Age cares.
