Accounts Payable Officer

Working on a part time basis, this position involved keeping the accounts payable sector of the business up to date and chasing up invoices from various freight companies and vendors.


Achievements and Contributions

Technology Use: Assigned freight/duty invoices on Navision and updated the SP registers. Also managed the SP register and use it as a tool to find missing invoices using the excel software system effectively.

Problem Solving: Chase up missing invoices from large logistics companies including
