• Recognized organizationally and by the client for successfully launching a challenging product with minimal bugs. Achieved 90% code coverage using Cucumber-Java and Service layer tests.
• Created automated Selenium script for order creation and transition, cutting one full day of manual effort to zero manual intervention later adopted by client.
• Utilised strong analytical skills to identify process improvements, reduce toil, and enhance delivery pipelines across multiple projects.
• Crafted impactful release plans and delivery outcomes, articulating clear client business impacts, influencing an Executive General Manager (EGM) to alter decisions of financial investment of PMO following thorough preparation and compelling reasoning.
• Coached QAs and thereby improved delivery timelines on a client project which then became a standard reference in their organisation. Later gave a talk about this at ConTest, NYC 2021.
