Accreditation: Accredited vendors on the basis of requirements of criteria (legal, safety, financial, technical, and reputational standards, licences, accreditation (like NETCC), deliver installations according to standards set by the WA Government).
Rebate Processing: Review, validate, and process rebate claims for customers.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of rebate applications.
• Verification: Ensure all rebate claims meet eligibility requirements (e.g., correct products purchased, correct details entered and customer and vendor’s ID verification).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ZOHO , slack, guru, green Id , Equifax Amazon connect and CRM systems
• Answering email: Response to emails and action accordingly.
• Call communication: communicate with vendors and customers on call to clarify rebate terms and resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance: Make sure rebates comply with company policies, contracts, and government regulations.
Finance- approved loan application which meet proper criteria of WABS loan scheme.
Settlement: Approved customers rebate for settlements by confirming checks of loans and rebate. It includes transferring funds, completing their fraud checks and verify their bank account details.
