- Worked with Workpower coming up on four years, my role has progressed from being a yard worker to duty manager on-site at Tamala Park where I oversee and manage recycling operations.
- My roles include customer service, team organisation, resource planning, support work, rostering, stakeholder management and site safety.
- Workpower is Western Australia's largest registered provider of NDIS services therefor I am also NDIS certified and support and take care of individuals with disabilities as part of my job.
- My primary responsibility is resource management, which entails coordinating and overseeing efficient on-site operations to ensure the site's functionality and the achievement of the company's budget goals.
- Tamala Park is open everyday allowing me to work 36 hour weeks while studying full time at University and has developed the basis of my skillset that I will continue to grow at the next stage in my professional career.
