In this role the duties consist of maintaining a clean back of house, which involves cleaning all machinery and the cold room where meat products are kept.
I do this to a very high standard and I am aware of the proper techniques for cleaning and sanitizing high risk work environments.
I work with other team members and enjoy doing so.

In my spare time I enjoy playing interactive computer games. I have also in the past built my own computer from scratch.
I enjoy reading books generally non fiction.
I currently do Film, TV and Media Studies as one of my electives at school. As part of this elective I have to create my own movie. I looked after every aspect of the production, from writing the script, planning the storyboard, filming and directing actors, editing and making the final edit.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the movies with friends and I also enjoy creating and publishing my own music.
