A football and education-based charity that runs additional provision education to vulnerable children across the county.

Deputy Centre Manager:

• Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Chichester site and delivery of lessons and extracurricular sessions.
• Communication with family and school to report progress and suggest recommendations.
• Behaviour management of cohort, delivery of lessons and organisation of meals.
• Organise and attend referral meetings with partner schools, market and sell the program to attract new sponsors/volunteers/donations and arrange weekly trips and inspirational visitors.

Education Lead:

• Planning and implementing of all core subjects across 3 cities in Sussex.
• Delivery, marking and analysis of over 50 students.
• Relationship management and delegation to teaching aids and centre support staff.
• Required to be creative and flexible in coming up with activities and lesson plans to engage a range of students with behavioural challenges in an education system they are disenfranchised with.

• Year 8 and 9 classroom teacher for all curriculum subjects with an emphasis on PE.
• Essential experience to help cement fundamental teaching skills such as problem solving and adaptability in learning new curriculum.
• Further development of cultural competence and communication expertise.

• Administered engaging and educational football sessions to young children.
• Designing and implementing age-appropriate training programs that focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Took charge of marketing and sales efforts for the program, including creating promotional materials, managing social media campaigns, and networking with local schools.
• Successfully increased program enrolment and secured partnerships with local daycares through targeted marketing strategies and sales techniques.

• Teacher training across three primary schools in Yorkshire, combined with an early year and SEND work placement.
• Gained exposure to different school settings and teaching roles, produced creative and varied curriculum for KS1/KS2 students.
• Developed organisational skills through balancing university-based study alongside weekly teaching duties.

• Planned, prepared, and delivered engaging Bowls, Boccia, swimming and football sessions for players with disabilities.
• Facilitated smooth training operations, monitoring equipment inventory to guarantee constant availability and coached a range of teams in national competitions such as Special Olympics qualifying.

• Organisation and execution of Chess, Robotics, Coding and Football as extracurricular activities to various Primary schools based in Melbourne.
