As the first Growth Manager at Brauz, I was tasked with generating new business and upselling existing accounts. I'm very proud of the standard I helped set for the sales team - leading in total Outbound and Partnership opportunities converted. As an individual - once guided, I can be let the leash and trusted. And as a teammate - I always celebrate team goals and can be relied on. I love to laugh, bring energy and work closely with colleagues who I see more as friends.
