Harry Davies

I am skilled in a wide range of construction tasks and have a broad capacity to perform, oversee, and lead complex construction activities. I have experience in construct of new homes, renovations and commercial buildings, from reading and interpreting plans, to completion. I have mostly worked for a small building business that depends on responsibility and accountability from each team member, and also an extensive skill set.

I work with enthusiasm and high energy, motivated to meet deadlines quickly and at a high standard. I work effectively in a team and have experience in team leading.

I have experience in scheduling labour and materials, and with my experience on the site, am able to forecast work weeks and even months in advance. I also have an extensive understanding of building codes and standards, and can put them into practice in real-world situations.

I have a broad range of computer literacy and navigation skills, with experience using word, excel, power-point, and some limited CAD software.

I easily develop relationships with subcontractors and clients. I communicate clearly and confidently on the phone, and am able to inform of, and take in critical details and information.

I completed my Carpentry Apprenticeship at the beginning of 2024 and have gone on to complete my Certificate 4 in Building and Construction in March 2025.

Overall, I am hard-working and am always looking for ways to improve, gain new skills and knowledge in work.
