The Aquatic Leisure Centres Assistant Coordinator is significant to the ongoing growth of the facility playing a key role in the development of the Dubbo Regional Council aquatic operations.

This position supports the Aquatics Coordinator in managing all aspects of facility operation including assisting with staff training, providing quality customer experience, plant management, reporting, auditing, hazard identification, and facility safety (including water chemistry) in accordance with NSW Health guidelines.
