I have been a Dungeon Master for the last 5 years, during those years I have been the DM for 2 full campaigns and around 3 one-shots. In that time I have worked with a multitude of people, ranging from 9 year olds to 18 year olds. During these past years I have gained many skills, some of these include dealing with specific types of players(meta-build, murderhobo), Coming up with plotlines/quest hooks on the fly, remembering NPC voices, and most importantly figuring out how to work around players not showing up.
