Major Works

  • Waterbrook Stage 2, SX PROJECTS, $18M, Waterbrook Stage 2 - 15 luxurious retirement apartments with basement parking adjoining to the existing basement.
  • Loftus Road Darling Point, SX PROJECTS, $15M, Loftus Road Darling Point consisted of the construction of four luxury apartments set over six-levels with basement car park, car lift and a wet edge pool.
  • Killara Apartments, SX PROJECTS, $12M, Killara Apartments was a takeover project consisted of 52 units over the space of two towers and a 3-level car park.
  • East Central Apartments, Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills, SX PROJECTS, $11M, East Central Apartments consists of the construction of a two-towered building with 42 units; one tower being serviced apartments the other residential apartments. Ground floor consists of four retail spaces with a forecourt area which sets back from street and building line 6 metres.
  • 4A & 5B Bungarribee, Taylor Construction Group, 4A & 5B Bungarribee were two industrial projects of approx. 10,000 sqm of warehouse and an adjoining office. The 4A project contract was originally for the base building and later we competed the stage 1 and 2 fit out works of a data centre for Amazon.
  • Holiday Inn, Macquarie Park, Taylor Construction Group, Holiday Inn was the construction of a holiday inn hotel comprised of approx. 100 rooms with a high-end fit out to the main lobby and commercial kitchen on Ground Floor.
  • Private Luxury Residence in Cremorne, Impero Constructions, Under $30M, Full design and construction of a luxury water front residence located in Middle Harbour with a block size of 4,800sqm and GFA of 3,800sqm. This project consisted of earthworks and piling foundations in high strength rock which deemed to be complex due to the varying depth of the rock shelf. The detail in the high-end finishes consisted of different sequencing between various finishing materials and non-standard windows.
  • Quadrum Luxury Apartments, Cremorne, Impero Constructions, Under $9M, Full design and construction of 15 luxury apartments in lower north shore over 4 levels with the top level consisting of 3 penthouse apartments. The finishes in this project ranged from multiple marble types, cladding and different finished render and bagging which required a lot of on-site client coordination.
  • North Bondi Units, Impero Constructions, $5M, Full Design and Construction of 7 apartments in North Bondi over 5 levels with one of those levels being a basement. This project consisted of fully contiguous shoring and basement excavation. The foundations were screw piles. The finishes on this project were of standard finishes the biggest challenge in this project was to coordinate our construction works with the re-diversion of the main sewer which serviced multiple properties within the North Bondi area.
  • Darling Point House Renovation, Impero Constructions, $4.5M, Full design coordination and construction of a waterfront home in Darling Point. The works involved entire strip out of the existing dwelling and alteration of existing structure including new foundations, load bearing wall transfers were relocated to suit the client's new layout. The materials handling was via barge for the entire project which was challenging as we could only deliver materials during high tides. The interior finishes for this project ranged from joinery wall panels, marble floors and walls, spiral stairs.
