As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, I was responsible for reaching out to SME's in relation to their Employment Relations and Work Health and Safety and offering them Employsure's industry-leading service.


KPI's included 2 appointments booked & 1.6 meetings sat each day. With 15 new business deals per quarter to achieve target.


Achievements:

  • Met & exceeded my daily & weekly KPI's consecutively over a 12 month period.
  • Exceeded quarterly targets in both client wins & deal value in five consecutive quarters. ($2, 628, 000 in value & 92 new business deals)
  • Managed an extensive sales pipeline (100+ prospecting opportunities)
  • Sat multiple face to face and zoom meetings with prospects, alongside top ranked Business Development Managers.
