working at Kmart has greatly improved my customer handling skills and using these skills I've helped countless customers and deescalated situations. i have shown a strong product which has helped me assist customers quickly and effectively.

my time at Mc Donald's i quickly learnt how to work well as a team as that is extremely important there to get work done as quickly as possible.

I worked mainly in the back area and made sure I wiped counters and sanitized equipment to maintain clean food prep and dining areas. I assisted in training new employees, ensuring they quickly became proficient in their roles and responsibilities.
