In my role as a futurist and narrative designer, I skillfully leveraged signals analysis to anticipate future user behaviors, preferences, and needs. This involved acting as a visionary, utilizing signals analysis to craft robust user personas that were forward-thinking and adaptable. Concurrently, I orchestrated the integration of signals analysis, the STEEPLE framework, and ChatGPT's AI capabilities to create compelling speculative narratives across diverse domains. By merging AI-generated content, signals-derived trends, and strategic foresight methodologies, I cultivated a distinctive narrative style, seamlessly blending data-driven insights with imaginative storytelling to illustrate potential future landscapes and societal transformations. My collaboration across disciplines, utilizing futurist insights and AI-generated content, significantly contributed to the development of speculative narratives aligned with emerging trends, ultimately enhancing strategic decision-making and future planning.

• Working along with IoT (Internet of Things) for monitoring feral animals and for native animal conservation across VIC, working closely with Machine learning engineers and conservation scientists to identify and develop efficient AI model to identify different species of animal efficiently
• I create user personas, conduct stakeholder interviews as well as UAT for customers, user stories, stakeholder engagement, journeys for users for seamless flow of information along with UI design for a product
• Designed the SaaS product with 30 plus screens and prototyped it for testing the concept with multiple iterations.
• Developed user interface mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Created wireframes, storyboards and site maps to define the structure of a website or application.
• Analyzed customer feedback data to inform product improvements.
• Worked closely with the engineering team to ensure the product vision is achieved.
• Communicated effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress and objectives.
• Ensured consistency across multiple projects by developing style guides and pattern libraries.
• Generated UX concepts such as tasks analysis, storyboards and use cases to accelerate user flow.

• Worked on designing a web portal for Injury claim lodgment by workers, to raise claims for mental and physical injury at work
• Conducted user interviews to gain insights into user behaviors, needs and motivations.
• Developed research plans, questionnaires and surveys to collect qualitative data.
• Performed usability testing with users to identify areas for improvement in product design.
• Designed prototypes of new features and functionality for existing products.
• Collaborated with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure successful implementation of UX designs.
• Reviewed existing user flows and made recommendations for improvements in navigation and interface design.
• Provided support throughout the development cycle by troubleshooting issues with user experience.
• I was involved in user research, testing with users, synthesizing data, making UI, creating and updating library components, prototyping, creating user flow, journey maps as well as logic (content) which extensively involved collaboration among stakeholders, content writers and innovation team.

• Managing usability testing for landing pages in preparation for Website redesign
• Conducted stakeholder interviews to determine problems that are faced by the community and the most effective way to provide services to people in need by making connections with people; to determine goals and aim of community that can be reached through the website
• Defined testing parameters, prepared prototypes, facilitated tests and reporting results with google analytics
• Coordinated with three developers and product owner to improve information architecture of Refuge of hope website by assisting with card sorting, affinity mapping, conducting A/B testing and designing wireframes.
• Created visual designs for a variety of digital products such as websites, mobile apps and interactive experiences.

• Developed project concepts on responsive web design and product design for various clients including 2way lift, Coomber audio website, City Guide and various digital bank forms and services
• Took responsibility for strategizing, designing, brainstorming, conducting workshops and UX design practices like wireframing, designing UI according to UX research and outlining design guidelines
• Designed product interface for the lift where the user can interact through a touch screen and also developed voice assistance for it as a concept
• Crafted web design and apps for startups and redesigned task flows of truck tracking app and worked on the entire design process from discovery to delivery.

• Was part of developing the Oceanlike coffee app
• The main aim was to design a user-centric app that enabled users to order coffee from an app that connects to a robotic coffee machine with AI (With Non-Disclosure Agreements)
• The requirements were to queue users through a queueing line interface and receive coffee from the machine according to their time and preferences
• Primary responsibilities included developing interface paradigms, understanding user’s behavior and needs in new coffee experience.

• Developed product interface and industrial design concepts for various clients which included sketching, activity mapping, user and market study, users’ behavioral patterns as well as system design
• Product covered - digital security cameras, ATM machine and surgical instruments with an ergonomic study, took user interviews for understanding users’ needs for product development
• Later, the CCTV Camera (product) was successfully launched.

• Was an active part of R&D and Design Studio at Varroc industries for speedometers, switches, and lights
• My role was concept generation, styling, competitive analysis, market study, and to come up with new ideas for the year 2020
• Setting yearly roadmap and milestones for the design studio and presenting investment allocation and product development achievements to stakeholders
• Secured 5.5 Million INR (seed amount) business from Honda Motors through styling and innovative interface design, held a workshop and showcased design studio in Auto Expo 2016 which led to other business achievements.

• My main aim was to design hair transplant hand equipment that was easy to use by doctors with extensive research and testing of products that were connected to an interface with touch commands and can set motor speed and suction of tissue and hair follicle by touch
• Skill used – User research (doctors), Design, Ergonomics, Wireframing for interface making of physical prototype.
