  • Examined all requests fairly and objectively and prioritized according to proposed timeline. Provide practical inputs to every request and implement operational guidelines in close coordination with operations manager. Recorded 2020 & 2021 procurement files, accessible in SAP Vision.
  • Completed six spot checks as per the HACT plan, such as: In May 2022: conducted spot check in NGO Ba Futuru. In April 2022: conducted spot check in Ministry of Education for GPE project In August 2022: conducted spot check in Ministries of Justice & Social, Solidarity, Inclusion. In October 2022: conducted spot check in World Vision International and Plan International.
  • Re-arrangement of outdoor workstations, office refurbishment, and rehabilitation of UNICEF canteen and CSD office maintenance and supervised the CSD and CPP office layout designers. Assisted Operations Manager to issued IRC user and assigned role to Head CSD section, HR assistant, CSD program assistant, Communication and PMESP Program Assistant. As data collection person uploaded Environmental Footprint and Accessibility Assessment tools and sought information from Common Premises, ICT, HR, and Administration.
