Hobbies

Kart Racing: Kart racing has been a passion of mine for two years. I found my deep passion for racing after being unwell with Long Covid. I've spent countless weekends at the local karting track, competing in races and honing my racing skills. The thrill of kart racing has taught me the importance of precision, quick decision- making, and adaptability on the track. It's not just about speed but also about strategy and reading the competition. These skills translate well into my professional life, where I approach challenges with a strategic mindset and remain calm under pressure.

Socialising: I consider socialising more than just a hobby; it's a fundamental aspect of my life. Whether it's organising gatherings with friends, networking events, or participating in group activities, I thrive in social settings. These experiences have improved my interpersonal skills, making it easy for me to connect with diverse groups of people. I've also learned to listen actively, empathise, and build strong relationships—a valuable asset in any team-oriented work environment.

Learning New Skills: Over the past year, I took up learning Spanish. This started as a small nighttime routine but has blossomed into an exciting passion for me. Although my learning is slow, I am dedicated to one day become fluent. This new skill not only improved my problem-solving abilities but also boosted my confidence in tackling complex challenges.

Physical Fitness: I've been an avid gym goer for the past three years. Training in the gym has taught me discipline, goal-setting, and the importance of perseverance. Training has also helped me manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Travel and Cultural Experiences: Traveling to various countries exposed me to diverse cultures, broadening my worldview and fostering adaptability. Engaging with people from different backgrounds taught me to appreciate differences and find common ground.

Problem-Solving Challenges: I've been an enthusiastic chess player for years and have recently started playing Sudoku. Playing chess has sharpened my strategic thinking, patience, and ability to anticipate and adapt to opponents' moves.
