Research experience:
For my Bachelor's Degree Research project I investigated the foraging behavior of the slime mould Physarum Polycephalum .For this I cultured the slime mould daily on Agar plates and developed my laboratory skills through this. I also gathered and analysed all the data (the surface area of the slime moulds was the dependent variable for this study) using R studio. A full scientific report was then written to discuss my findings.
My research project for my Masters degree was a psychology based one, investigating physiological responses to moral dilemmas. To do this I independently measured the heart rate and skin conductance levels of participants who were exposed to different moral dilemmas. I then analysed this data using SPSS and wrote a full scientific report to discuss it, as well as a giving conference style presentation.
