Since returning to Australia in November of 2021, I started my freelancing consultancy with the aim to provide consultancy to organizations, covering;
• Business analysis services and business process remodeling aiming to save cost and enhance revenue..
• Digital Transformation including change management.
• TNAs and skill gap filling.
• Project Management services.

Key achievement
• Helped MTN, a major telecom provider in the Middle East to drive down the cost of training and development by approximately 40% over 2 years in in transforming their L&D to a digital blended learning model.
• Salvaged several private schools in the GCC region and Middle East from closing down during the covid lockdown by implementing a successful online full schooling model.

Successfully implemented the following projects;
• Enhancement/replacement and/or migration to the cloud of existing IT systems covering ERP, CRM, CMS, TMS, HRMS, DMS, online portals, etc.
• Training needs analysis, planning, and delivery of training for existing staff in regards to new/enhanced IT systems and business processes
• Effective digital transformation planning and strategy alignment.
• Prepared and executed change management programs as needed.
• Conducted post deployment/implementation activities such as:
* Return on Investment analysis
* Customer Support
* QA evaluation/analysis and rectification,
• Boosted customer experiences by delivering superior customer service, issue resolution and merchandising.
• Provided reporting for forecast analysis and ad-hoc reporting in support of decision-making.

Reporting directly to the General Director and core member of the top executive strategic committee. During the 11 years I held two key posts simultaneously;
• Head of IT – 7 IT pros (subordinates)
• Head of Consultancy and Research – 3 researchers (subordinates)
Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
• PMO management and Project Management tasks.
• Managing ongoing research projects.
• Worked closely with management teams to plan, develop, coordinate and execute technical strategies aligned to client's vision, mission and purpose.
• Close working with auditors from different bureaus covering Anti-money laundering and corporate governance related aspects, in addition to other regulations.
• Deliver specific key training courses covering key business and technical domains.
• Demonstrated familiarity with latest hardware, software and networking technology, as well as industry trends.
• Guided organizational technology strategy and roadmaps by turning IT into a true business enabler.
• Turned the IT team into “Business Consultants” and a “Revenue Generating” department via providing business solutions consultancy to the banking sector.
• In 2014 I published my first book titled; “IT Speaks Business. A New Evolution. LAP Lambert Publishing – Germany. 2014 ISBN 978-3659358074.The book aims at turning IT professionals into business professionals
