• Helped MTN, a major telecom provider in the Middle East to drive down the cost of training and development by approximately 40% over 2 years in in transforming their L&D to a digital blended learning model.
• Salvaged several private schools in the GCC region and Middle East from closing down during the covid lockdown by implementing a successful online full schooling model.
Successfully implemented the following projects;
• Enhancement/replacement and/or migration to the cloud of existing IT systems covering ERP, CRM, CMS, TMS, HRMS, DMS, online portals, etc.

1. PM for the American University of the Middle East of Kuwait IT Infrastructure and University IT Systems Project.
2. Part of a highly specialized team selected by the Minister of Education of Kuwait to evaluate the educational system in Kuwait and to setup the Center of Education Evaluation and Advancement of Kuwait. As a title I was the Assistant PM however on the ground I was the PM.
3. PM for the Unified GCC Elearning Portal and LMS for the banking sector. This provided a digital learning gateway to the banking sector of Kuwait and the GCC which formed a major “digital disruption” to the learning process of the banking sector. I designed and developed the complete system. I managed the projects for the design, development, planning, and implementation (including training of end users).
4. PM for Business Intelligence System that provided access to real-time reports and KPIs via user friendly Dashboards at the Central Bank of Kuwait. This played a major role in the new Quality Assurance department.
5. PM for the BAYANATI project– An online data portal that provided real-time data covering the banking and financial sectors in Kuwait and the GCC used for research and forecasting by academics and businesses.
