• Ensuring the safety of the cabin and its passengers through out the flight
• Reviewing safety information with passengers and prepare to answer any questions about safety procedures on the plane during take-off, flight and landing. Communicating with the pilot and co-pilot and providing them with anything they need throughout the flight
• Handling emergency situations that can arise on the plane. Ensuring the safety of all of the passengers on the plane
• Assist colleagues in a different working cabin if needed
• Providing in flight service upon customer requests with a high standard
• Ensure customers experience an exceptional service with positive attitude throughout their journey
• Completing flight observation reports for submission to the cabin crew manager. Resolving catering issues and promoting the sale of onboard duty free items

• Assisting passengers with check in process at the airport
• Coordinating with flight crew and airport operations to ensure on time departure
• Resolving issues with late connecting passengers and delayed connecting flights

• Ensuring customer satisfaction with meals and suggesting additional items to increase restaurant sales
• Handling incoming calls for take away and delivery
