This organisation changed names from Northern Medicare Local to Northern Health Network to the current name Sonder Care.
The IT department provided MSP role's for External Doctor Practice's and other business and also internal support role for mental health clinicians and support staff.
I was the team leader and senior tech supporting all facets of ICT to the business stakeholders and also the internal networks and staff.

I crossed over the internal high end network infrastructure across to the daily helpdesk triage and on the ground support.
I also was the account manager for the external arm and liaised with business managers or owners to build and support there IT systems as a whole.
Sonder grew very fast and we as a IT team had to be fast paced and dynamic to support a rapidly expanding environment spanning across the state.
I really enjoyed the staff and the IT team as a whole.
- Led a team of junior technicians in troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues to resolution
- Managed and maintained a large network infrastructure with 500+ devices, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime
- Implemented and conducted regular system updates and patches to keep systems secure and up to date
- Developed and implemented IT policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement new IT solutions to meet evolving business needs
SonderCare then reviewed the IT structure and decided to make the whole team of 7 redundant and outsource te ICT needs of the business.
