Summary

I believe I am a suitable candidate for the role of Principal Investigator with Rio Tinto due to my extensive investigative experience during my 14+ years with Victoria Police. I am a strong advocate for always being honest and conduct myself in an ethical manner.

As part of my investigations I have worked directly with multinational cooperations including:

  • Major fraud/theft investigations involving all four (4) major Australian banks and;
  • Large scale theft investigations where I worked with Coles and Linfox in identifying the offender/s and putting in place further framework and preventative measures moving forward.

My major strength is developing relationships and trust with people in a short period. This has enabled me to maximise the amount information shared, leading to a more accurate investigation and positive dealings in most instances.

As a leader, I positively influence colleagues and lead by example. I am versatile and can adapt and adjust to change using my wide variety of skills to achieve the desired result.

I am committed to providing a safe work environment that’s inclusive for everyone and am acutely aware of the benefits a positive workplace can have.
