Haylee Andrews

• Responsible for overseeing all team travel including flights, bus and accommodation.
• Monitored team budget for gear and food orders.
• Developed close relationships with other employees from different departments.
• Worked collaboratively with other Director of Operations from other teams.
• Oversaw scheduling and dealt with scheduling conflicts.
• Assisted in film review for the Women's Basketball Team.
• Was completing ACL rehab at the same time.
• Maintain organizational skills to ensure all tasks were done before travel trips whilst also rehabbing my knee.

Played in the NBL1 North league for my first year out of college.

• Won Coaches Award which demonstrated my hard work of getting in the gym everyday and being competitive in everything I did.

Competed at the highest level in Australia for Women's Basketball with the Adelaide Lightning in the WNBL.

• Maintained physical fitness through on court basketball workouts and strength and conditioning programs.
• Continued to develop strong interpersonal skills by creating relationships with individuals from diverse cultures.

• Participated in community service to mentor younger girls to help their development with basketball.
• Won Player's Player Award voted on by my teammates.
• Won Lion's Heart Award from the General Manager which demonstrated my hard work every day on the court no matter the situation.

Playing in the top league of NBL1 which is currently NBL1 South.
