I am a dedicated and passionate apprentice chef currently in my second year at Campbelltown Catholic Club. My culinary journey began at KFC, where I quickly adapted to the fast-paced demands of the food industry. I then expanded my skills at O'Chicken, a local chicken shop, where I gained valuable experience in food preparation and kitchen operations. Now, at Campbelltown Catholic Club, I have the opportunity to work across four unique restaurants, each offering distinct dining experiences—from family-friendly meals at Harvest Bistro to bold Asian flavors at Kyubi. I am committed to furthering my culinary education and contributing to the creation of high-quality, flavorful dishes.
