Largely focused on key account management and business development for WA, this also includes all regional areas from the Pilbara to Albany.

My role involved:

• Building and maintaining client base for the whole of WA.
• Negotiated contracts, pricing and terms of agreement with clients.
• Conducted regular customer visits and presented new product offerings.
• Client education, site auditing, and monthly client reporting.
• Operational logistics and management for Pilbara waste disposal.
• Monitored customer satisfaction levels and addressed any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Monthly reporting of sales figures.

My role at Davro was to promote a commercial workspace system called Enviroframe. This involved working with design teams to specify the workspace system for commercial office spaces.

My role involved:

• Generated new sales leads through cold calling and networking activities.
• Organized client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Regular visits with architects and designers to get work through plans and upcoming projects.
• Designing workspace layouts.

I worked as a part of the team at Gem Recruitment to place the correct candidate in the correct role. After a 6-month period, I realized this was not the industry for me. I wanted everyone to get the job.

This role involved:

• Conducted initial phone interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and qualifications.
• Drafted job postings for clients, posted them on various online platforms, and screened resumes.
• Conducting interviews.

My 8 years with Aura Lighting combined both residential and commercial projects. Working with a wide variety of clients and trades to achieve the best outcome.

This role involved:

• Showroom sales and promotion of new products.
• Designing Residential and Commercial Lighting Plans.
• Working alongside architects and designers to achieve desired outcomes.
• Tendering on projects and assisting with correct specification.
• Maintaining client relationships and a high level of service.
• Project management from start to finish.
